1. Service Description

Thirtine (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides one-page business websites on a rental basis. For $39/month, customers receive hosting, SSL, and domain options. Content updates or changes are available at $49 each.

2. Website Rental

All websites are rentals. Customers do not own the website, layout, or source files. Access is provided only while the subscription is active and in good standing.

3. Domains

Customers may either:

• Provide their own domain, which remains their property and responsibility; or
• Request that Thirtine provide a domain. In such cases, the domain is selected, purchased, and fully owned by Thirtine. Customers have no ownership or transfer rights to provided domains.

4. Payments

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once processed. Update/change fees ($49 each) must be paid in full before edits are made.

5. Cancellations

Customers may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

• The rented website will be taken offline.
• If Thirtine provided the domain, it will remain the property of Thirtine and will not be transferred.

6. Acceptable Use

Customers may not use their website for unlawful, offensive, or harmful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at our discretion if these terms are violated.

7. Liability

Thirtine is not responsible for business losses, lost revenue, or indirect damages. Our service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any changes.
